Yes. Services can be cancelled in accordance with the terms of our Service Agreement. Written notice is required, and billing stops at the end of the active billing cycle.

If services are discontinued, the campaign and reporting are closed at the end of the billing cycle. All documentation and completed records from the active period remain available for the client.
