Sapphire Plan – Terms of Service Agreement
Scope of Services:
The Company agrees to provide lead generation services to its Clients, with the goal of delivering qualified, interested, and exclusive seller leads tailored to meet the Clients’ specific needs.
Payment Terms:
1. The Client shall pay a non-refundable sign-up fee of $4000 upfront upon signing this Agreement.
2. Referral Fees: The Broker/Agent agrees to pay the Company a 05% referral fee from the Realtor’s net commission (the amount the Realtor takes home after the broker’s split) for any real estate transaction (buying or selling) that occurs through the provided leads during the marketing coverage period.
Lead Delivery:
1. The Company will deliver the first lead within a month from the date of signing this Agreement.
2. The Company will deliver unlimited exclusive seller leads until three confirmed listings.
3. Each provided lead must meet the following criteria to be deemed ‘qualified’:
i. Located within the client’s target market.
ii. Express a clear intent to sell within the next 3 to 6 months.
iii. Is the legal owner or authorized decision-maker.
iv. Has given consent to be contacted by the client.
v. Any lead found invalid, a non-homeowner, uninterested, or unreachable after three attempts within seven days shall be deemed a bad lead and replaced by the Company within the contract period upon the Client’s rejection.
Client Responsibilities:
1. The Client is responsible for timely follow-up and engagement with each lead.
2. The Client must maintain active communication with the Company and provide feedback on lead quality.
Agreement Duration:
1. No refunds and no chargebacks/disputes for services rendered or introductions already delivered. Credits may be offered at Company’s discretion.
2. Agreement Validity: This Agreement shall remain valid until three confirmed listings.
Support & Additional Services:
1. Dedicated Support: Includes up to ten (10) hours of support per day during the service period.
2. Additional Services: Provision of an advanced lead tracking system through Google Spreadsheets, lead call recordings, appointment scheduling, real-time exclusive live transfers, monthly performance reporting, and access to a senior dedicated account manager (via phone, email, or WhatsApp), as well as social media or Google Ads management.
3. Limitations: No limitations apply under this Agreement.
Holiday Observance:
V Leads Services LLC will observe all national public holidays in the United States. Support and services may be delayed or paused on these days, with timelines adjusted accordingly. Urgent assistance requests on these holidays will be addressed on the next business day, unless otherwise agreed. In addition, if V Leads Services LLC intends to take any additional time off outside of national holidays, the Company will notify the Client at least one week in advance to ensure adequate preparation and continuity of services.
Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of this Agreement. Neither party shall disclose this information to any third party without the written consent of the other party.
Payment Authorization:
By submitting payment for this plan, the Client authorizes V Leads Services LLC to process the agreed amount through its secure, PCI-compliant payment processor (EMS) for the services described in this Agreement. The Client understands that all card details are entered directly on the processor’s secure platform and are not stored or handled by V Leads Services LLC. This authorization confirms the Client’s approval of the transaction and acknowledgment of the payment terms outlined herein.
Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, or agreements, whether written or verbal, relating to the subject matter herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Service Agreement as of the date first above written.
V Leads Services is a marketing consulting and support company. We do not act as a brokerage, list or sell property, or resell leads. All of our outreach and communications are carried out by humans only, with no autodialers or robocalls, and every interaction is consent-based. We comply with all applicable regulations including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, DNC, CCPA/CPRA, and the Fair Housing Act. Clients remain responsible for their own outreach activities, and we provide documentation and tools to help them remain compliant.

All card payments are processed securely through our PCI-compliant processor’s hosted checkout or via official invoice links. We never store or directly handle cardholder data. Payments are accepted only under the official business name V Leads Services, and any requests made outside of these official channels should be reported immediately for verification.
