Scope of Services:

Payment Terms:

1. The Client shall pay a refundable sign-up fee of $900 upfront upon signing this Agreement.
2. Referrals Fees: The Broker/Agent agrees to pay V Leads Services a 15% referral fee from the Realtor’s net commission (the amount the Realtor takes home after the broker’s split) for any real estate transaction (buying, selling or renting) that occurs through the provided leads during the marketing coverage period.
3. The signup fee will be reimbursed back into the client’s account after the very first successful closing.

Lead Delivery:

1. The Company will deliver the first lead within a month from the date of signing this Agreement.
2. The Company will deliver 18 leads over a period of 180 days

Client Responsibilities

1. The Client is responsible for timely follow-up and engagement with each lead.
2. The Client must maintain active communication with the Company and provide feedback on lead quality.

Agreement Duration:

1. Refund Policy: The Client may submit a written request for a refund within thirty (30) days from the date of execution of this Agreement, solely in the event of non-fulfillment of lead delivery as specified in the ‘Lead Delivery’ section. If deemed eligible, the Client shall be entitled to a refund of fifty percent (50%) of the sign-up fee, which shall be processed within sixty (60) business days from the date of the written request.
2. Refund & Dispute Eligibility: After the initial 30-day period, the Client will no longer be eligible to request a refund or initiate a dispute under this Agreement.
3. Agreement Validity: This Agreement shall remain valid for a period of 180 days from the date of signing.

Support & Additional Services:

1. Dedicated Support: 10 hours of dedicated support per day during the service period.
2. Additional Services: Includes 18 pre-screened leads, Appointment scheduling, Leads Recording, Leads Tracking via Google Spreadsheet.
3. Limitations: No account manager,  No Social Media and Google Ads, No Monthly Reporting, No live transfers, No SMS/WhatsApp support.

Holiday Observance:

Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of this Agreement. Neither party shall disclose this information to any third party without the written consent of the other party. Additionally, the Company conducts a Do Not Call (DNC) disclaimer process prior to transferring or patching any lead to the Realtor. After the transfer or any subsequent sharing of the lead, the Realtor assumes full responsibility for all further communication, outreach, and handling of the lead, including compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local DNC regulations. The Company shall not be held liable for any DNC-related violations or claims arising after the lead has been transferred or shared.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior discussions, negotiations, or agreements, whether written or verbal, relating to the subject matter herein.
